Le1f and dancer Alexandra Marzella in the new “Hush Bb” video
Hush bb (per his sumptuous new music video, which dropped via Interview this morning), Le1f is coming to give you life. With a not-quite-announced record deal with a “major indie”, some off-the-cuff Twitter comments that went viral thanks to a nation of people sick of racist cab drivers and Macklemore, and a summer of gorgeous mixtapes behind him, the New York-based rapper is poised to have a moment. Today Le1f’s Treehouse Tour (normally co-starring Bay fave Antwon and Das Racist diaspora member Lakutis, though the straight boys are taking a break tonight) comes to San Francisco, packed and packaged by promotor Juan Garcia, fresh off of a bananas Castro Street Fair that starred the lovely Peaches. See Le1f now, so you can say you saw him when ❤ ❤

Kranz’s serene and beautiful watercolor portraits and Kantor’s dark and equally beautiful paintings will be displayed throughout October. So if you can’t make it for the free wine, coffee, hipster eye candy, and art tonight you have plenty of time to catch the show sans free coffee and wine all month.
Ps I’m assuming there will be free wine and coffee. I mean it is an art opening.
